By accessing or using MindFull's services, including the admin platform and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

MindFull provides an AI-powered aftercare platform designed to assist treatment centers in discharge planning, alumni engagement, and business development. The Services include:

  • Admin Platform: Tools for clinics to manage aftercare workflows, track client progress, and analyze engagement data.
  • Mobile Application: A client-facing app offering structured routines, milestone tracking, and direct communication channels with treatment providers.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MindFull grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Services.

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

  • Share or resell the Services without prior written consent.

7. Beta Services

MindFull may offer beta features or services ("Beta Services"). These are provided "as-is" without warranties, and we are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

8. Fees and Payment

Some Services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. MindFull reserves the right to change its fees upon notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

The Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. MindFull disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MindFull be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
